Edgewood and Magnolia round out the southern end of our Harford County route. We work throughout the 21040 area — Edgewood Meadows, Woodbridge Center, Trimble Road, and the neighborhoods near the Edgewood area of Aberdeen Proving Ground.
Edgewood has a large share of mid-century and 1970s housing and a lot of rental property. Aging original kitchens and baths, worn flooring, dated electrical fixtures, and turnover punch lists make up most of what we do here.
Much of Edgewood's housing dates from the 1950s–1970s: ranches, split-levels, and townhomes with original fixtures and, in some cases, aluminum branch wiring. Kitchen and bath refreshes, flooring, and fixture replacement are the common calls, along with turnover work for landlords.
