Panda Handyman respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect through this website and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you send the quote form we collect the name, phone number, ZIP code, type of work, and project description you enter, plus an email address if you choose to give one. We also record which page the form was sent from, the page you first landed on, the referring site, and any campaign tags in the link you arrived from (for example utm_source or gclid), so we know which advertising is working. We do not collect payment information through this website and we do not ask for a street address until a job is scheduled.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your request, prepare a quote, schedule and perform work, and follow up about the job. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information.
Where it goes
Quote requests are delivered to our business email and, when configured, stored in a private lead record on our hosting provider (Vercel) so a delivery outage cannot lose your request. Depending on configuration, delivery may also pass through a transactional email service or a form-delivery service (Web3Forms). Each provider processes the request only to deliver it to us and is subject to its own privacy policy.
Communication
By sending the form you agree that we may contact you by phone, text, or email about your request. You can ask us to stop at any time and we will honor it.
Data retention
We keep quote requests and job records for as long as needed to serve the customer relationship and to meet Maryland recordkeeping requirements for licensed home improvement contractors. You can ask us to delete your request at any time if no work was performed.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 (loaded through Google Tag Manager) and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors find and use this site: which pages are read, which buttons are clicked, and where people drop off. These services set cookies and record usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location, browser, and device. Clarity also records anonymized session activity such as scrolling and clicks. We configure our events so that names, phone numbers, email addresses, and project descriptions are never sent to analytics. You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on, use your browser's tracking-protection or cookie settings, or send a Global Privacy Control signal; the site works fully with analytics blocked.

Pages that show a map load it from Google Maps, which may set its own cookies when the map is displayed.
